And for the zucchini fries, I slice the zucchini lengthwise, coat them in almond flour, grated parmesan, and spices, and bake them until they’re crispy. But what about snacks? When that mid-day craving hits, I turn to my favorite keto bar. Packed with healthy fats and protein, this bar is perfect for a quick grab-and-go snack. And to wash it down, I love a good bulletproof coffee made with grass-fed butter and MCT oil. Now, let’s talk about the benefits of dirty keto. Not only has it helped me lose weight, but it’s also given me more energy and improved mental clarity. And because I’m not restricting myself as much, I don’t feel as deprived and am less likely to give in to temptation. So if you’re looking to start a keto diet but aren’t sure about going full-on clean keto, I highly recommend giving dirty keto a try.
